Tatsup use our own delivery service within our delivery zone*. All other shipments within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post. Any specific instructions for delivery must be made through phone orders, and extra costs incurred will become the responsibility of the customer.
We offer same day delivery if your order is placed prior to 12pm and within our designated delivery zone. All other Australian deliveries outside our designated delivery zone will reach you within seven (7) business days.
All delivery/postage fees and insurance costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Access for delivery must be made available, or a note provided by the customer with instructions for the delivery driver, to ensure safe and speedy delivery of your goods.
All delivery times are an estimate. In the event any delivery arrives outside the estimated time, Tatsup Pty Ltd. will not be liable for any loss, damage or cost incurred. Our delivery options are based on estimated times and cannot be guaranteed.
All goods must be checked by the customer before signing for their order. After an order has been accepted, Tatsup Pty Ltd. take no responsibility for the goods, and are not liable for any damage.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are deemed as faulty, due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase.
Returns will also be accepted, within 14 days from the purchase date, for the shipment of incorrect items.
